Subject: Plymouth Radio Rally 2006
Dear Trader,
Following the success of our “mini” rally at Sparkwell in 2005 the Plymouth Radio Club is holding a rally again in 2006.
The date set for this rally is Sunday 24th September 2006 and we invite you to hire tables for the event.
We have a very good venue, the Stoke Damerel Community College, close to the city centre and only about two miles from the A38 Devon Expressway trunk road.
All the usual facilities will be available and there is a large free car park adjacent to the rally venue. We are looking forward to a very good response from our “public”.
Tables will be available at the same rate as 2005, that is £7.50 per 6 foot table. We have a good supply of 6 ft tables but if the demand is high we may have to use some 2 ft tables to make a 6 ft section. We can also supply a limited amount of back tables at £2.00 per 6 ft section..
Access to the venue for traders will be from 8.00 am on the morning of the rally. There is a reasonable amount of parking on site for traders vehicles.
